- On or about 23-Mar-96 02:12:44 John Shiali typed the following words about
- "Ibrowse Hotlist from 4a to 5?". My reply is thus...
-
- Hi John,
-
-
- JS> Ibrowse 5 seems to recognise an Ibrowse 4a Hotlist, but screws it up when
- JS> it converts it into Ibrowse 5 HTML format. The 4a format is basically:
-
- JS> <http address>
- JS> <sitename>
-
- JS> but it is converted by Ibrowse 5 into a HTML file as:
-
- JS> <sitename> <sitename>
-
-
- JS> instead of:
-
- JS> <http address> <sitename>
-
-
- JS> Does anyone know what format the 4a Hotlist needs to be edited into so
- JS> that Ibrowse 5 converts it properly?
-
-
- Yes a real bummer. I just opened up two copies of my editor and loaded the 4a
- version in one and the 5 version in the other and used powersnap to snap the
- address from one to the other. The address goes in place of the first sitename.
-
- <address> <sitename>
